The Hub Condos
What’s all this buzz regarding the Hub Condos? According to Jim Lettis, the thing that makes the Hub Condos stand out is their stellar location and excellent value.
This past weekend alone, Jim entertained over 50 people interested in previewing the Hub. “While we’re still finalizing our pricing, our 1 bedroom units will start in the 159K area; 2 beds at 209K, and 3 beds will go for around $289K. Our units are complete with great ameneties, including a pool, dog park, and fitness center. And, you’ve got to see our rooftop decks – unobstructed views of the Flatirons. The view is spectacular.”
